Alle Schmuckstücke werden von Jaka Plesec entworfen und hergestellt.
Alle Ringe, Ohrringe und Anhänger werden individuell für jede Bestellung gefertigt.
Ringe werden nach Kundenangabe maßgefertigt.
Ohrringe werden in Berlin von Hand montiert und poliert.
3. Preise & Kleinunternehmerregelung
Alle Preise sind Endpreise gemäß § 19 UStG (ohne Ausweis der Umsatzsteuer).
4. Bestellung & Vertragsschluss
Mit dem Absenden der Bestellung geben Sie ein verbindliches Angebot ab.
Der Vertrag kommt zustande, wenn Sie eine Bestellbestätigung per E-Mail erhalten.
5. Zahlung & Versand
Zahlung über die angebotenen Shopify-Zahlungsmethoden.
Versand weltweit; Kosten und Lieferzeiten werden im Checkout angezeigt.
6. Eigentumsvorbehalt
Die Ware bleibt bis zur vollständigen Bezahlung Eigentum des Anbieters.
7. Gewährleistung
Es gilt das gesetzliche Mängelhaftungsrecht.
Kleine Abweichungen in Farbe oder Struktur sind produktionsbedingt und stellen keinen Mangel dar.

3. Prices & VAT
All prices are final. No VAT charged in accordance with §19 UStG.
4. Orders & Contract
By submitting an order, you make a binding purchase offer.
The contract is concluded when you receive an order confirmation by email.
5. Payment & Shipping
Payment via available Shopify payment methods.
Worldwide shipping; costs and delivery times are shown during checkout.
6. Retention of Ownership
Goods remain the property of the seller until full payment has been received.
7. Warranty
Statutory warranty rights apply.
Minor variations in color or texture are production-related and do not constitute defects.
